Can I return guns for a refund if I don't use them? Yes, we have a 15-day Satisfaction Guarantee. We accept returns on all guns that have not been used, fired or registered, no questions asked. Shipping & Delivery: Do the guns need to be shipped to an FFL dealer? In most states we ship straight to your door! No FFL is required on muzzle Loaders. (see exceptions). On modern firearms they need to be sent to a FFL in your area.
Which states will you ship to? We ship directly to customer's doors throughout the United States, except for customers in New Jersey, Washington D.C. & New York City. In these jurisdictions, the law requires muzzleloaders to be shipped to a licensed FFL firearms dealer, which you will have to arrange a FFL dealer in your area. Hazmat Shipping: We accept orders for hazardous materials, but can only ship up to 50 lbs per box of hazardous materials (powder, primers, fuses) combined. A hazmat fee of $22.50 applies to all hazardous materials shipped. If you order contains more than 50 lbs of hazardous materials, an additional $22.50 FedEx hazard charge will be added to your order per every additional 50 lbs of hazardous material. 0-50 lbs carries a $22.50 hazmat fee 51-100 lbs carries an additional $22.50 hazmat fee 101-150 lbs carries yet another additional $22.50 hazmat fee Every additonal 50 lb shipment will incur a charge of $22.50 Ammunition and Primers carry a hazmat fee of $40.00 when shipping via expedited service levels, other than standard ground. Layaway's on Guns: Terms and Conditions: 90-Day Layaway, A 30% deposit is required on full price of Gun. Orders require a firm commitment. We cannot accept requests to change products once an order has been placed. During the initial 90-day period, you may make several smaller payments or one final payment at the end of 90 days. Layaway's canceled at any time for any reason will be subject to a penalty fee equal to 30% of the total sale price (i.e. the initial deposit). Layaway's not paid in full within the 90-day period will be canceled. All paid in amounts will be forfeited.
Ammo Transfers: For you Massachusetts Residents that purchase items such as ammo or other items from another company and need it excepted by a FFL dealer we would be happy to except it for you for a Fee. Please make sure you are legally able to have it in this state

Shipping Methods: Long guns may be shipped via the US Postal Service NOTE: If you local PO says no, have them get out the Regulations- anyone who is not barred from possessing a firearm may ship a long gun directly to any dealer, gunsmith or manufacturer in the country.) Long guns and handguns may be shipped via UPS or FedEx. NOTE: This is easiest if you have an account- box up the firearm, print out a shipping label and schedule a pick-up or drop it off at one of their shipping centers. HANDGUNS MUST BE SHIPPED NEXT DAY AIR. If you do not have an account this can get tricky. Most of the UPS stores or FedEx/Kinko’s will not ship a gun if you walk in with one and say I need to ship this. Some will ship if you walk in with the firearm boxed already. However, it all depends on the clerk as company policy does not allow for the shipping of guns for “insurance“ reasons. Some will do it if you “don’t tell me what is in the box”. It is best to contact your local UPS/FedEx shipping agent to see what their policy is. If you are having trouble with shipping give me a call or e-mail. Shipping Tips: Sturdy Packaging with lots of padding. Most shippers have automated shipping centers that will find the weak spot in your packaging. (Think mechanical airline baggage handler) Insure all shipments. Unfortunately things do get lost from time to time. Insure for the replacement cost of your firearm plus any accessories included in the shipment. If they don’t make your gun anymore, insure for what it would cost for a new one of the same type. Tracking Number UPS and FedEx will automatically generate a tracking number on their shipments. Make sure they give you the number. For the post office use Certified Mail to get a tracking number.
